Customer Reviews
Good deal on a combo ticket
I was looking for a good price on sightseeing in New York and ended up getting one of their attraction combo tickets. It included the 48-hour bus tour and skip-the-line entry to a museum. The savings were noticeable compared to buying everything separately. I really felt like I got my money's worth. The process was straightforward, and I didn't have any issues redeeming the tickets. For a first-timer on a budget, it was a solid choice.
Fun day out in London
So, I decided to do the 24-hour hop-on hop-off bus ticket in London with my sister. It was super easy to get the tickets online. The weather was actually pretty decent, which was a plus for being on the top deck. We hopped off at a few places, grabbed some lunch, then hopped back on. The whole thing just felt really relaxed and a good way to see a bunch of stuff without stressing about the subway or anything. Definitely made our day easier.
Decent value, but some delays
I booked the 72-hour hop-on hop-off ticket for Paris and also added a river cruise. The price felt fair for what I got, and the cruise was a nice addition. The bus routes covered all the main sights, and the audio guide was informative. My only minor gripe was that a couple of times the bus was a bit late, which cut into my sightseeing schedule. Also, some of the seats on the upper deck were a bit worn. Overall, it was a good way to see the city, but there's room for improvement in punctuality and bus maintenance.
Good tour, easy tickets
Bought a 24-hour bus ticket. Online purchase was simple. Bus arrived on time. Audio guide worked well. Saw a lot. Happy with it.
Consistent service, easy booking
I've used City Sightseeing several times before in different cities, and this time for the 48-hour hop-on hop-off bus ticket in Rome was just as good. The process was smooth, tickets delivered instantly, and the buses ran frequently. Always reliable, which is why I keep coming back for tours when I travel. No surprises, which is a good thing.

Anyone know if these guys are legit? Saw a good deal for New York but it almost seems too good to be true compared to other bus tours.
how long are the tickets good for once you buy them? thinking of getting a 48-hour one for Rome but not sure exactly when we'll be there next month.
